What is Applied Behavior Analysis?

ABA is a science based on human behavior. ABA is data-driven in which only evidence-based interventions are used to improve socially-significant behavior to a meaningful degree. ABA has helped to improve interventions in education, developmental disabilities and autism, clinical psychology, behavioral medicine, organizational behavior management, and a many other fields and populations. ABA is endorsed by the surgeon general as the most effective treatment for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and is endorsed by many other respected associations.
